1. Service Cancellation

• Clients may cancel booked services or consultations by notifying us in writing (email or contact form).
• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service or project start date.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, regulatory requirements, or technical issues.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Full Refund: If cancellation is made within the allowed time frame (48 hours before service start).
• Partial Refund: If cancellation is made less than 48 hours before service start, subject to administrative deductions.
• No Refund: For services already delivered, ongoing projects, or completed consultations.

3. Project-Specific Refunds

Advance payments made for construction or project execution are non-refundable once work has commenced. Refunds may be considered only if we fail to initiate the project within the agreed timeline. Any refund will exclude costs already incurred for approvals, documentation, or third-party services.

4. Mode of Refund

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval. We are not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party processors.

5. Non-Refundable Items

• Consultation fees once availed
• Government fees, permits, or regulatory charges
• Customized project estimations or documentation services

6. Disputes

Any disputes regarding cancellations or refunds must be raised within 7 days of the transaction. Our decision on refunds shall be final and binding, subject to applicable laws.
